Our niia insulin patch pumps

Pump users have different lifestyles and preferences. We are developing a portfolio of three insulin patch pumps to meet the wide variety of user needs.

All the products are based on the same matchless technology. From the first niia essential pump, the standalone basal-bolus pump, to the third niia signature pump, the pump with an integrated continuous glucose sensor.

Three pumps – one solid foundation

Developed together with users – Easy to learn and use

Unique needle insertion technology – No inserter, sensor and needle in one step

Semi-reusable pump – Reduced cost and waste

Swiss technology – Ensures high precision and accuracy

Up to 3 ml of insulin – Allows longer wear time

Bolus on the pump – increased flexibility

niia essential pump

The niia essential is a basal‐bolus insulin pump without all the whistles and bells. Reduced complexity to make it extra easy to use. Combining the simplicity of a pen and the glucose control of a pump.

niia advanced pump

The niia advanced can be controlled via a smartphone, offers more user options, and is connectable to an external continuous glucose sensor (CGM).

niia signature pump

The niia signature will be a combined insulin patch pump and CGM system in one device.

Patented technology allows this device to both measure the glucose level and deliver insulin from one single patch. That’s only one device to learn, manage and wear!

Sustainability and cost-efficiency

Our devices have one reusable part and one disposable part. The reusable part includes the pump and CGM electronics and lasts for 2-years.

The disposable part holds a 3 ml insulin reservoir. 3ml allows a longer wear time and ensures fewer changes and less insulin waste compared to smaller filling volumes.

How to fill and start a niia pump

We know that filling insulin into an insulin pump and get started can be a hassle.

This is how you fill and start a niia pump, without needing a syringe or separate inserter.
